CONSTRUCTION
The 11th & Lewis Avenue Streetscape Project will build public realm improvements that create a renewed sense of place and redevelopment for a new destination district on the Mother Road.
The project’s goals are to ensure safety, provide comfort, and promote identity. This will be accomplished with wider sidewalks, increased street lights, added amenities (like bike racks, benches, etc.), trees, landscaping, and more.
Construction Phases
The construction will happen in four phases in order to decrease the impact on businesses and residents. An overview of the 11th & Lewis Avenue Streetscape Project Plan is outlined below.
